OSWEGO, N.Y. – Matt Hirschman affirmed his status as Modified racing’s current most accomplished outlaw racer Saturday in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour Toyota Mod Classic 150 at Oswego (N.Y.) Speedway.
Hirschman, who was making fourth start of the season in Whelen Modified Tour action Saturday got his first series victory since 2008 in the event.
