White Mountain Motorsports Park (WMMP) and R&R Race Parts NH have announced the return of the $5,000-to-win 8-Cylinder Street Stock Open that debuted at the track in 2021. The 2nd Annual Fall Foliage 100 has been scheduled for Saturday, September 24, 2022 at the North Woodstock speed plant.
The first edition of the R&R Race Parts Street Stock Open at White Mountain saw 42 cars attempt to qualify and more than $20,000 in posted awards. It is expected the second edition will be similar in terms of rules, event format, and payouts. The rules will again include an option for ACT Flying Tiger teams to compete against the 8-cylinder Street Stocks. Competitors and fans can check www.whitemountainmotorsports.com for updates.
“We’re happy to partner with R&R Race Parts NH again to provide such a big stage for Street Stock and Flying Tiger racers,” WMMP managing partner Cris Michaud said. “The inaugural Fall Foliage 100 was everything we could have wanted it to be. We think another year to build on that success will only make it bigger for racers and fans in the region.”
The full 2022 White Mountain Motorsports Park schedule will be released by Thanksgiving. In addition to the R&R Race Parts NH Street Stock NH, it is expected to include multiple visits for the American-Canadian Tour, Pro All Stars Series, and North East Mini Stock Tour; the addition of the Mini Late Model division on a part-time basis; the J.P. Sicard Triple Crown Series for the Wells River Chevrolet Flying Tigers; and many other exciting events.
