  1. what about Beech Ridge?

  2. Steve,
Beech Ridge Motor Speedway closed following the 2021 racing season.

  3. I read they were going to lease it back for a few seasons before they were going to break ground but now I’m heart broken to lose another great racing facility

  4. Steve,
There was talk of that being a possibility last fall and it never came to fruition.

  5. Bob Freeman says

It’s true. They held an auction about a month ago of track equipment and other stuff, so I think it’s pretty safe to say the track is gone.

  6. Fast Eddie says

Tough to vote on this one, the more the merrier in my view. The only downside is a few may be a little too far for me to go. Been to 5 of 8 tracks, hoping to get to more!

  7. I have been to every track on the list. I will say my favorites are Star,Thunder Road.and White MTN. I love the bull rings. I picked Star as the SBM race is one of my personal favorite racing events. I would argue it is one of the more prestigious modified events these days. Star isnt too far away from mod country so they should get a good field of cars.

Wiscasset is a nice track in a beautiful little town. They are also really reasonable on prices, like under $10 GA for most shows. That one is worth a trip if you haven’t been yet. I am not sure how MRS will be for cars this season. I think you have a MRS race at White Mtn before Wiscassett to see what kind of car count you can expect,
