Molleur also has three Late Model wins at the Speedbowl this season.

Molleur ended up finishing sixth in the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series event later in the evening at the Speedbowl, with DiMatteo coming out on top in the Belltown Motors/Fowler’s Auto Wrecking 100 presented by CBYD 811.

Jason Palmer of Berlin won the 30-lap Late Model feature Saturday.

It was Palmer’s 89th career feature win at the Speedbowl, moving him into sole possession of fifth place on the track’s all-time win list.

Ray Christian of Uncasville was second and Charles Bailey of Lisbon third.

Kyle Gero of Uncasville won the 25-lap Truck Feature.

Emma Monahan of Waterford was second and Todd Taylor of Stonington third.
