WATERFORD – The Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series was back at the New London-Waterford Speedbowl Saturday for the running of the Belltown Motors/Fowlers Auto Wrecking 100.
At the end of a very long day at the track it was Matt Hirschman celebrating victory in the weather shortened main event.
