David McGrath Addresses 2025 Schedule Changes At New Hampshire Motor Speedway


On Thursday NASCAR announced its three national series schedules for 2025.

The announcement confirmed the long expected speculation that the annual Cup Series event at New Hampshire Motor Speedway would be moving to September for 2025, with the event becoming part of the Cup Series playoffs.

It was also announced that the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series would be returning to New Hampshire Motor Speedway in 2025 for the first time since 2017.

New Hampshire Motor Speedway executive vice president and general manager David McGrath addressed the schedule announcements with the media Thursday afternoon.

  1. Man, Xfinity has been so good there lately, they’re the best NASCAR series around in my opinion and the track has history with those cars that goes back farther. Too bad there’s no race next year. Excited to see trucks for the first time.
