STAFFORD – Apparently it’s not a Friday night in the Stafford area if there’s not weather issues involved.

Stafford hosted the 11th NAPA SK 5K Friday, but as has been the theme of the 2024 season, weather changed a lot of the plans.

At the end of the night it was Keith Rocco celebrating his first NAPA SK 5K victory in a rain shortened version of the event.
