It’s fair to say anyone that’s stuck around following NASCAR Cup Series racing for the last three decades has seen the downturn in interest.
And we could all argue probably for hours on the reasons why the sport that was so massive in the late 90’s and early 2000’s has seen such a massive downturn in interest.
One thing we constantly hear about is that the drivers involved these days don’t have personalities that fans can latch onto. I don’t know that I put a ton of stock into that.
But let’s talk about that.
