— The Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series holds its ninth of 10 events on the 2025 schedule with the running of the NAPA Fall Final 80 at Stafford Speedway

— Saturday’s event will mark the the sixth Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series event at Stafford at the historic half-mile oval. 

— It marks the second of two events this season for the series at Stafford. Jake Johnson won the GAF Roofing Modified Masters at Stafford on July 16.

— As of Wedensday afternoon there were 32 cars on the entry list for Saturday.

— The Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series ran its first event at Stafford on October 24, 2020. The race was won by Chase Dowling. The series returned to the track as the showcase event for the NAPA Fall Final on September 24, 2022. Ron Silk won that event. The series has served as the anchor event of the NAPA Fall Final since 2022 with Matt Hirschman winning the last two series events at the track on October 28, 2023 and September 28, 2024.

— Doug Coby will make his first Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series start of the 2025 season at Stafford. Coby’s last series start came in the 2024 NAPA Fall Final.

— Former Daytona 500 champion Ryan Newman is on the entry list.

— Ron Silk won the season opening Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series event, the Propane Plus Heating & Cooling 75 at Thompson Speedway on March 29.

— Ron Silk won the second Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series event this season, the RaceChoice.com 75 at Thompson Speedway on May 14.

— Austin Beers won the third Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series event this season, the Granite City 100 at Thunder Road International Speedbowl on May 25.

— Jake Johnson won the fourth Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series event this season, the Monaco Modified 100 at White Mountain Motorsports Park on June 8.

— Matt Hirschman won the fifth event of the season, the Midweek Madness 125 at Seekonk Speedway on June 25.

— Jake Johnson won the sixth event of the season, the GAF Roofing Modified Masters at Stafford Speedway on July 16.

— Blake Barney won the seventh event of the 2025 season, the RaceChoice.com 125 at Star Speedway on Aug. 2.

— Hirschman won the eighth event of the 2025 season, the Belltown Motors/Fowlers Auto Recycling 100 at the New London-Waterford Speedbowl on Aug. 9.

— There have been 23 different winners on the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series since the division’s inception in 2014. Blake Barney joined that list at Star Speedway on Aug. 2 with his first series win. Austin Beers was also first-time series winner this season on May 25 at Thunder Road.

— The 10-race schedule for the series in 2025 marks the most events in one season in series history. The division had a then all-time series high of eight events in 2024.

— Saturday’s event at Stafford marks the 66th Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series event since the division’s inception in 2014.

— The series will visit seven different tracks in four states in 2025. After Saturday the division closes its season at Seekonk Speedway (Oct. 25).

— The Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series began in 2014. Jon McKennedy won the first series title. Ronnie Williams was the series champion in 2019. Matt Hirschman has won every other series title.

2024 Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series Season Review

— The Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series opened its 11th season on May 26, 2024 at Thunder Road International Speedbowl. Stephen Kopcik won his first Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series event that day.

On September 15 at Star Speedway Teddy Hodgdon IV (left) was presented with a replacement winner’s trophy from his victory at Open Wheel Wednesday on June 27 at Seekonk Speedway by Dave Monaco (right). — The second event of the 2024 season was the 19th running of Open Wheel Wednesday at Seekonk Speedway on June 27. Brian Robie led the field to the checkered flag in the event but post race inspection found issues with Robie’s motor. Robie was disqualified from the victory, giving Teddy Hodgdon IV the win and the $20,000 first place prize.

— Jake Johnson celebrated his third Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series victory in the divison’s inaugural event at White Mountain Motorplex in North Woodstock, N.H. on July 27, 2024.

— Woody Pitkat scored his second career Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series victory – and first since 2015 – in the RaceChoice.com 125 at Star Speedway on Sept. 15, 2024.

— Matt Hirschman scored his second victory of the season in the NAPA Fall Final 80 at Stafford Speedway on Sept. 28, 2024. It was Hirschman’s second consecutive victory in the historic event at Stafford.

— Ronnie Williams won the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series season opening event at Thunder Road International Speedbowl on May 28, 2023.

— Matt Swanson won the second Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series event of the season on June 28, 2023 at Seekonk Speedway.
