In April NASCAR announced that longtime Whelen Modified Tour series director Jimmy Wilson would be moving to another position with the company.
At the time of the announcement it was made clear that Wilson would remain in the position with the Whelen Modified Tour until his replacement was named.
And it sounds like NASCAR might be close to naming that replacement.
