Whelen Mod Tour Owners And Drivers Should Be Sending Christmas Cards To Michael Jordan And Denny Hamlin

The owners, drivers, crews and fans of the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour should be sending 23XI owners Michael Jordan and Denny Hamlin and Front Row Motorsports owner Bob Jenkins Christmas cards for agreeing to a settlement today in their antitrust lawsuit against NASCAR.

And maybe those around the Whelen Modified Tour didn’t even have this case on their radar. I mean, this was about the tippy top of NASCAR right, not some grassroots regional division.

Well, the reality is, had this case seen its way through to the end and a jury decision, it could have very likely led to a judge making a decision about breaking up the business of NASCAR. And a decision like that would have likely had repercussions far beyond just NASCAR’s top level Cup Series.
