Ram Race For The Seat Reality Show Has Thoroughly Missed The Mark So Far

On paper, the Ram Race for the Seat reality show seemed like something that had so much potential.

The Ram Race for the Seat racing reality show brought 15 grassroots competitors together for a competition with a genuinely massive prize up for grabs. For Northeast racing fans, they get the opportunity to see two well known racers in the competition in Austin Beers and Mike Christopher Jr.

The fact that you knew these drivers were competing for full-time ride in the Craftsman Truck Series really made this seem like a can’t miss show. But thus far, it’s fair to say, in racing parlance, this show has missed the setup in huge way.

  1. I like the show – might not be the fairest system but it is entertaining and Jr is showing everyone how good this kid is and he is having fun so far. If they had a promotors choice for one more driver to be in the finals every race Jr probably would have won all three races…

  2. I Agree, Pretty Sad When They Know Those 2 Cars Were Faster(AND THE KNEW IT) MC Jr. Was The Only Driver To Pass That Damn 25 Car

  3. Fast Eddie says

Not only did Mike Jt. pass the 25, but he held that car off for a few laps. They also all seemed very impressed with Autin Beers’ 3-wide pas as well, the only one of the legends races. I have never raced but I would think it’s a lot easier to win when you’re in the fastest car and starting out front. If they used a plus/minus system the Modified Boys were right there!!
