RaceDayCT has learned exclusively through multiple sources that Joey Dennewitz, who has been serving as the Managing Director of NASCAR Regional since 2023, will leave the position to move on to a new role within NASCAR.
NASCAR is expected to announced that Dennewitz has been named Vice President, Industry Development for NASCAR.
Dennewitz joined NASCAR in 2023 to oversee the guidance and structuring of NASCAR’s regional touring divisions and weekly track sanctioning. That role included overseeing operations of the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour.
