If you’ve spent any time around the pit area at a short track, you’ve seen cars regularly go over the track scales before competition even begins, through the evening and after the races.

Weight, and the best ways to distribute weight on a race car is something that keeps all racers always searching for the best answer.

We talked with multi-time SK Modified division champion Todd Owen last Friday at Stafford Speedway about the ins and outs of weight on a race car.
