RaceDayCT Poll: Which Winning Driver Had The Best Dramatic Storyline Friday At Stafford

Friday night at Stafford every winning driver had a dramatic storyline attached to the accomplishment. 

Limited Late Model winner RJ Surdell was in victory lane just days after his car fall in him while working in his race shop. 

SK Modified winner Cory DiMatteo picked up his second consecutive win and for the second consecutive week did it in ultra-dramatic style. 

Street Stock winner Travis Hydar scored redemption and accomplished a massive feat. After getting spun out of the lead by Ryan Waterman in the final corner of the May 10 feature, Hydar won the last lap battle with Waterman Friday to win and become the winningest Street Stock driver in Stafford history. 

After getting spun out of the lead in the opening Late Model event of the season, reigning division champion Kevin Gambacarto has rallied and got his second consecutive victory Friday. 

In the SK Light Modified division it was Tyler Chapman scoring the evening sweep, winning the conclusion of the feature which started on April 28 and also winning the regularly scheduled feature with a last lap pass for the lead.
