Titles And Tantrums: Reliving The 2012 Finale At The Waterford Speedbowl

It’s only about 22 short weeks until the start of the racing season in Connecticut.

Until then, it’s the memories of 2012 left to keep race fans going.

Thanks to to the good folks at Sid’s View, the memories are just a click over to YouTube away.

Last Saturday the Waterford Speedbowl dropped the curtain on its 2012 season with plenty of drama and a fair share of shenanigans.

It’s normally Keith Rocco taking center stage for the drama in the SK Modified division at Waterford, but last week who stole the show and proved to fans that he’s more than the just Keith’s brother by racing to his first career SK Modified victory at the track.

In the Street Stocks and Mini Stocks it was Walt Hovey Jr. and Ken Cassidy Jr. respectively celebrating division championships by closing the season with victories.

The Street Stock division also proved to be the division that fell into the circus without a tent category last week as drivers like Josh Galvin, Brandon Plemons and Honey Badger of the Week award winner Travis Jurcik all fell out of their trees on the day.

So check out below all the action from the Bowl last week.
