WATERFORD – It was a win seven years in the making for Wayne Burroughs Jr. Burroughs held off a charging Mark Panaroni over the closing laps to win the 25-lap Mini Stock feature Saturday at the Waterford Speedbowl. It was the first career victory in the division for Burroughs, of Oakdale.
