Steady showers forced Stafford Motor Speedway to cancel Friday’s scheduled CarQuest Fall Final practice at the track.
The track had been scheduled to host practice from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for all NASCAR Whelen All-American Series divisions.
With showers forecasted for much of the day and into the evening the practice was scrapped.
The paddock at Stafford will remain open until 5 p.m. today to allow Whelen All-American Series teams, along with Pro Four Modified and New England Truck Series teams, to park their haulers.
Whelen Modified Tour teams are not allowed to park in the paddock until Saturday.
