Saturday Dylan Kwasniewski showed that even on his first visit to Thunder Valley he was ready to conquer.

The 17-year old Kwasniewski, started off his first full-time season in the K&N Pro Series East in celebratory finish, winning the DRIVE4COPD 125 at Bristol.

Kwasniewski, who won the K&N Pro Series West championship last year, took the lead on lap 30 from Michael McGuire and never trailed again. Kwasniewski held off Brett Moffitt on seven restarts over the final 95 laps to record his first K&N Pro Series East victory in his fourth career start in the division.

Kwasniewski, of Las Vegas, made three starts in the East Series in 2012, with a best finish of fourth coming at New Hampshire Motor Speedway last September.

Moffitt, from Grimes, Ia., was second and Ryan Gifford of Winchester, Tenn. was third.
