After a year in business, the producers of Overdrive Radio realized something: They needed to get bigger.
And that’s exactly what has happened.
Overdrive Radio, based out of the Waterford Speedbowl, will debut in a new time slot this week and will grow from a 1-hour show to two hours weekly.
The show, which airs on 94.9 FM, has aired from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. each Saturday since its debut last year. This week the show will move to a 1 p.m. starting time and run until 3 p.m.
In addition to being broadcast on 94.9, listeners can also tune in for a streaming broadcast at Overdrive-radio.com. Archived previous broadcasts can also be found at the Overdrive Radio website.
