Ryan Preece will need no artificial confidence boosters when he hits the track Saturday at New Hampshire Motor Speedway for one of the biggest days of his racing career.
Preece will attempt to make his NASCAR Nationwide Series debut in the CNBC Prime’s “The Profit” 200 at NHMS Saturday driving an entry for Sprint Cup Series team owner Tommy Baldwin Jr., and he goes into the weekend as the hottest driver in Modified racing.
Preece will also be gunning for his fourth consecutive NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour victory when that division hits the track Saturday at NHMS for the Town Fair Tire 100.
Preece will attempt to become just the third driver in tour history to win four races in a row. Only Mike Stefanik (1997) and the late Richie Evans (1985) have previously done it.
