Making the media rounds as one of NASCAR’s newest champions, Ryan Preece didn’t have to venture far from his home in Berlin on Thursday.

The newly crowned Whelen Modified Tour champion was at the ESPN headquarters in Bristol for a taping of NASCAR Now with host Todd Grisham

Preece’s interview will broadcast at 2 a.m. Friday morning on ESPN2.

The 22-year old Preece became the youngest champion in the 29-year history of the Whelen Modified Tour after finishing third in the division’s season finale Sunday at Thompson Speedway.
