Doug Coby and Ryan Preece have both been riding a wave of positive moments in racing in the month of June. Wednesday they will come together on the track to battle for the $10,000 first prize in the Tri-Track Open Modified Series event Seekonk Speedway.     With what Phil Moran has figured out to get the 10 running better at the tiny tracks, the 10 just might be able to beat Preece.

    Looking at the past records, Coby has the better stats by a big margin, but that is why they run the 100 laps , you don’t know who’s goona nail the set=up .. PS: Hint :: this track tightens up when the Sun goes down so beware ….. like most tracks do…

    Based on performance this isn’t even a poll worth having.
    Coby has had success at White Mountain last year as well as Riverhead this year. Preece is making progress in the modifieds but he’s still part time. Good finishes on big tracks including Thompson and Stafford. Not good at all at Riverhead and Monadnock.
    The again there’s the racing part and anything can happen.
