With wet conditions expected for much of the day Saturday, New London-Waterford Speedbowl management announced today that Saturday’s racing card at the facility has been cancelled. It marks the second consecutive week that weather and soaking conditions on the property have forced a cancellation of the Saturday card at the Speedbowl.
