Irish Saunders, product manager with Hoosier Racing Tire, will host a seminar open to all local racing teams on March 15 at the Stafford Motor Speedway clubhouse.
The two-hour session will include information concerning tire management, performance tips, tire sizing, tire break-in, displays on how the tires are manufactured and the quality control that goes into them and explanations on making tires repeat. There will also be time for a question and answer session with those on hand.
“Being involved in these tire discussions is a wonderful way to help educate the racers on best usage of their tires, to help them extend tire wear and get the most for their dollar,” Saunders said in a release. “Any tips we can share from our years of experience and the fact that we have a wonderful engineering staff at Hoosier that always stays on top of the racers needs, makes my job enjoyable.”
The seminar is free and will take place from noon to 2 p.m.
Any questions concerning the seminar can be directed to Rob Summers with Hoosier Tire East (860-646-9646).
Great opportunity for everyone to learn something new and improve on their tire program and for providing this opportunity, a thank you to the track and Hoosier
