Revving Up For The Whelen Modified Tour TSI Harley-Davidson 125 At Stafford

Whelen Modified TourSTAFFORD – The good news? There’s no rain falling at Stafford Motor Speedway.

And no, right now there’s no bad news.

Despite the gloomy forecast that has been in place all week, the cars of the NASCAR Whelen Modified tour hit the track on time for practice Friday at Stafford Motor Speedway.

With no rain falling all morning or afternoon, the cars were on track at 3 p.m. for their one hour practice session in preparation for tonight’s TSI Harley-Davidson 125 at Stafford Motor Speedway.

And the better news is the forecast for the evening, at least some forecasts, seem to indicate that a clear night for racing is likely in the cards.

Also on the card tonight at Stafford Motor Speedway are the track’s regular five Whelen All-American Series divisions. A 40-lap SK Modified feature, 30-lap Late Model feature, 20-lap SK Light Modified and Limited Late Model features and a 15-lap DARE Stock feature are on the schedule for the evening with the Whelen Modified Tour.
