Mark Twain House And Museum To Host “A Celebration Of Racecar Culture”

Twain Trackrat Flyer copyHartford Courant cartoonist and author Bob Englehart will host a Celebration Of Racecar Culture at the Mark Twain House and Museum in Hartford on Sept. 16.

Englehart is the author of the book “Trackrat: Memoir of a Fan”.

Englehart will lead a group panel discussion on local racing at the event. The panel will include NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour drivers Ed Flemke Jr. of Southington and Renee Dupuis of Glastonbury, Stafford Motor Speedway SK Modified driver Sean Foster and yours truly, Shawn Courchesne, as the moderator of the event.

The event begins at 7 p.m. and is free. The event will be followed by a book sale and signing.
