The Rocco and Rocco Show will be heading south for February.

Jeff Rocco confirmed Sunday that he will join his twin brother Keith on the entry list for the three events for the American-Canadian Tour at New Smyrna (Fla.) Speedway next month.

The events will take place Feb. 15, 16 & 17 as part of the World Series of Asphalt Stock Car Racing at New Smyrna Speedway. All three events will be 100-lap features.

Keith Rocco had previously announced he would compete in the events driving for car owner Scott Fearn. Keith Rocco has won Late Model championships the last two years at the Waterford Speedbowl driving for Fearn.

Jeff Rocco, of Wallingford, will compete for car owner Eric Grant of New Milford in 2015 in a new ACT Late Model purchased by the team.

Rocco said the plans for the team after February are still in the works.

“Originally we were going to race at the Speedbowl, but who knows what’s going to happen there?” Jeff Rocco said. “We might do Thompson [Speedway], the whole seven races and some [American Canadian Tour] races or just a whole bunch of [American-Canadian Tour] races. We might even attempt the whole schedule with [the American-Canadian Tour].”

Jeff Rocco said plans could change if legal issues at the Waterford Speedbowl clear.

“We’d have to look at car count and everything like that down there.” Jeff Rocco said. “I think a lot of people have decided already to not go back there, so there’s no point in going there if there’s only going to be five cars down there.”

Sure would make for some great racing in the LM division at the bowl in 2015 if the ongoing legal bs ever gets put to rest. Hopefully they will get their issues straightened out soon before it is too late to salvage most of the season.
