STAFFORD – Despite the fact that winter’s grip just won’t seem to let go, the show must go on and that was the case Saturday at Stafford Motor Speedway.
With temperatures hovering in the low to mid-40’s and a crisp wind making it feel more like late November than late April, the pits at Stafford Motor Speedway still warmed up with the roar of motors for day one of NAPA Spring Sizzler competition.
Saturday’s schedule includes qualifying for the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour in preparation for Sunday’s NAPA Spring Sizzler 200.
Also on tap for the day was qualifying for other divisions and features for the Mr. Rooter New England Truck Series, the SK Light Modifieds, the Limited Late Models and the DARE Stocks.
Check out below for some views from the pits Saturday morning.
