Doug Herbert’s “BRAKES” Teen Proactive Driving School Coming To New Hampshire

Screen Shot 2015-10-24 at 11.25.28 AMThe non-profit “Brakes” teen proactive driving school is coming to the New England Dragway in Epping, N.H. Oct. 31 and Nov. 1.

The BRAKES school (“Be Responsible and Keep Everyone Safe”) was started in 2008 by NHRA drag racer Doug Herbert, who lost his two sons, Jon and James, in an car accident.

The school offers advanced driver training for teens to help build confidence behind the wheel.

The four hour sessions will be held four times over two days in Epping, with classes each day beginning at 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.

The classes are free. A $99 refundable deposit is required to register.
