The funeral for legendary short track racer Ted Christopher will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday at Saint Matthew Church at 120 Church Ave. in Forestville, CT.
A wake for Christopher will be held Monday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Bailey Funeral Home at 48 Broad St. in Plainville, Ct.

You made so many days great for me Ted. From the late 80’s in Big Red, the yellow & blue 54, those were the day my friend!!! You are the best ever in a modified!!! Thanks for the great times. My heart goes out to his wife, twin brother Mike, and the rest of the family. Love you my friend, RIPTC13

Thank you Ted Christopher for the many years of entertainment. There were simply too many “wow” moments to count. From the Speedbowl days of the late 80’s and early 90’s, I was always amazed at what you could do behind the wheel of a modified. Your legacy will live forever. My thoughts and prayers go out to your family. Godspeed TC 13.

TC FOREVER 13…. Would be nice to see the State of Connecticut honor the KING by lighting up the Q bridge in red on Monday night. Shawn maybe all you folks with Twitter and Facebook can get it moving by going on the Q bridge twitter account, Or DOT . Teddy going to miss you “hey” Thanks for the memories and many fun nights and for the great friends I met through M&T Racing.
It seems like BAD things always happen to GOOD people!!!!!!!!!!!! We pray Quinn and her family will be able to go through this horrible time and have the strength to deal with the most heart wrenching time of their lives. It is the ones who are left behind that bear all the pain and sorrow. RIP Ted! Quinn be strong-you have so much love and support from everyone.

I remember first seeing Ted I would go with my Dad to Stafford and then with Mike Plaquette who drove the #89 I hated Ted and Mike why I don’t know yet over time I realized what I was seeing and that was a true wheelman.I know Richie&Charlie were waiting at the gates to welcome Ted to the Greatest Track and God is waving the Checker flag for all of them.I Know Mike jr. Will carry the Christopher name to the next chapter.Ted I was honored to see you race. Give em heck up there SIR
