You Make The Call: And The Oscar For Most Dramatic Performance By A Racer Goes To ….

You Make The Call 286 BoxBudweiser Blastoff Sunday at the Waterford Speedbowl proved to be brimming with dramatics up and down the schedule.

So who had the best Hollywood screenplay type of day?

You make the call.

Was it Keith Rocco on his march of domination in winning the Modified Racing Series Blastoff 100, the 64-lap SK Modified feature and 50-lap Late Model feature?

Was it Kyle James, who came back to the track after a nasty first week wreck, missed all of the practice and qualifying on Saturday, started 25th (last) in Sunday’s SK Modified feature and found a way to finish third?

Was it Todd Szegedy, making his debut for Kevin Stuart Racing in the Modified Racing Series, coming back from being involved in a massive mid-race crash to finish third in a mangled car?

Or was it Ian Brew, who won the Mini Stock feature after watching race leader Ken Cassidy get taken out by second place Garrett Denton in the final corner?
