When it comes to this week’s New England Racing Fuel Support Performer of the Week Award, Bryan Narducci lapped the field, and then some.
After getting his second win of the season last Friday, the rookie in the Stafford Motor Speedway Limited Late Model division ran away from the competition in voting for this week’s award.
Narducci, of Colchester, garnered 431 of 986 votes cast (43.7 percent) to win this weeks New England Racing Fuel Support Performer of the Week Award.
Brett Gonyaw of Vernon, who got his first career win in the SK Light Modified division Saturday at the New London-Waterford Speedbowl, was a distant second in the polling with 265 votes (26.9 percent)
Each week during the 2016 racing season the New England Racing Fuel RaceDayCT Support Performer of the Week will be chosen from among drivers competing in events in one of the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series weekly support divisions (excludes SK Modified divisions) at Stafford Motor Speedway, Thompson Speedway and the Waterford Speedbowl.
Narducci will receive a $20 certificate for race fuel from New England Racing Fuel.
